This quick guide can help you understand what pricing range you should expect form every major HRIS vendor and what features each can offer

How much does an HRIS cost? This answer can vary from $6-12 PEPM for a basic tool without payroll functionality, to as much as $20-30 PEPM for a more robust all-in-one HRIS system.

Dozens of “software advisory” websites promise to share pricing information with you. However, most operate on a very deceiving business model.

In order to see the pricing information, you have to fill out a form. That website, then, sells your contact info to the HRIS vendors who have agreed to pay them for leads.

Unsurprisingly, the vendors you get “matched with” aren’t usually the best matches, they’re simply the ones who were willing to pay for your contact info.
