Sharing with vendors on our platform. When you explicitly request to be contacted or initiate interaction with a vendor on our platform, we will share your personal information with the vendor to fulfill your request. In fulfilling your request, we will provide the following personal information, to the extent you provide it:
First and last name;
Employer information; and
General location information, at the country or regional level.
Sharing your content. When you leave a review on OutSail, whether attributed or anonymous, that review and any personal information associated with that review may be shared. This information may be displayed publicly on OutSail, vendor profiles, and other relevant platforms we authorize to display this content. In sharing your content, we will share your personal information, to the extent you provide it, including:
First name, last initial;
Job title; and
Sharing with our service providers.
OutSail does not receive monetary or other valuable consideration for sharing your personal information. We do not share personal information with any other third parties. The personal information that is shared includes your first and last name, and email. Any other information you submit with your request or review will also be shared.
OutSail only shares your personal information to facilitate your use of our platform and to provide our vendors with necessary contact details.

These include knowing what personal information we collect and sell, asking us to delete your personal information, correcting inaccuracies in your information, and opting out of any potential selling or sharing of your personal data. We don't collect sensitive data apart from login information. We'll keep a record of your deletion request. To opt out of advertising sharing, update your cookie settings. We also honor Global Privacy Control browser settings.
We may give you a gift card for a review, and all the same privacy terms apply. Your reviews should meet our guidelines.

Processing in the United States
